Hardcover first edition signed on title page by author, with one-page, three-paragraph typed letter and envelope dated 1945 from Wiley to a buyer of three copies of this book in which he discusses the Benjamin Kuykendall family and the location of Benjamin Kuykendall's grave. Gilt-lettered navy cloth covers lightly worn, with minor soil of textblock edges. Hinges sound, uncracked; pages tight, clean, unmarked. No DJ, probably as issued. 386 pages with index. ;
